In 2024, GUJRAL, RICKY (290463) bought a bunch of mineral rights. Some were sold to Maxpure, then sold back to Ricky, and then re-sold to Maxpure. Dec 18, 2024 three were sold to Airy Aggregates. One expired. In 2025, Air Aggregates extended the hold duration on two of the sites for about $1,200.
Same director as MaxPure

Could be a real office. More likely it is a typo and is 215 Hall St Unit D, same as Maxpure field office.

Ricky Gurdish Gujral
It is unclear who Ricky Gujral is.
There is a Ricky Gujral who, in 2001, admitted to trading offences and was working at Hydrogen Power Inc. There are also records of other lawsuits online. Many online articles tie Ricky Gujral with Dilbagh Singh Gujral who was part of GLOBETECH VENTURES CORP, which attempted to develop mineral resources. Dilbagh also was charged with trading offences.
Dilbagh Gujral (“Dil”)
Father of Ricky Gujral (per SEC filing).
Sanctioned by the BC Securities Commission in 2005 for governance and disclosure failures (undocumented loans).
Paid $30,000 fine and was banned for 4 years from acting as director/officer of any issuer.
Ricky Gujral
Daughter of Dil and Jagdish Gujral.
In 2001 admitted to trading offences while working as a broker at Union Securities → agreed to a $46,400 fine and a 2-year trading ban.
Edward (Ted) John Nunn
Mr. Edward (Ted) John Nunn appears to be a former sewage and mining engineer. His license was suspended by Engineers and Geoscientists BC for failing to "hold paramount the safety, health and welfare of the public", failing to "establish and maintain documented quality management processes", and to only take assignments they are "qualified by training or experience" for. It appears he sealed a document on the 22 of April, after the license was suspended.
Edward registered some of the mineral rights, then sold them to Maxpure in late 2023, but appears to still be active in the company. During 2024, the mineral testing was addressed to Edward of Metis Minerals (before they changed their name to MaxPure). The address of 752 Vernon St (for the Airy Aggregates lab report) is for Lasca Construction and Design. The following report, from 2022, is also the same name “Edward Nunn of Lasca GroupTechnical Services”.
So it seems likely that the Edward with Maxpure is the same Edward who was suspended.
